SHIPPING POLICY

By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to The Mythic Pull Terms of Service (TOS) and all policies outlined on our website.

The Mythic Pull holds no responsibility for any orders lost, stolen, or misplaced after they've been shipped.

SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All online orders will be shipped within 2 business days from order confirmation.

​

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES FOR CANADA

We offer 3 shipping rates for TCG singles and all other orders. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

SECTION 2.1. – TCG SINGLES

TCG Singles orders will be shipped in a standard envelope or bubble mailer via Canada Post Standard with optional tracking. Tracking is mandatory for orders over $100.

 

Please select the appropriate option at checkout.

 

TCG Singles orders totaling $150 or more qualify for free shipping with tracking within Canada.

Please note, if the non-tracked option is chosen, The Mythic Pull assumes no liability for lost lettermail shipments.

SECTION 2.2. – ALL OTHER ORDERS

Parcels will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking. Express shipping is available upon selection during checkout.

SECTION 3 - SALES TAX

Our business currently qualifies as a small supplier under CRA rules, meaning we are not required to charge GST/HST until our total taxable revenues exceed $30,000 in a 12-month period.

 

Once the threshold is passed, we will register for GST/HST and begin charging the applicable taxes. This policy will be updated at that time.

SECTION 4 - FRAUD PROTECTION

The Mythic Pull reserves the right to request additional information for orders suspected to be fraudulent before fulfillment. Orders may be canceled or refunded at our discretion.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF THE ORDER IS CANCELED.
